1. License

LibreDiary is free software. You can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the AGPL-3.0 license as published by the Free Software Foundation.

2. Disclaimer of Warranty

EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND/OR OTHER PARTIES PROVIDE THE PROGRAM "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 4. Self-Hosting Responsibility

As a self-hosted application, you are solely responsible for the security and maintenance of the server on which you install LibreDiary. This includes managing backups, applying security patches, and configuring network access.

5. Contributions

Any contributions made to the LibreDiary project are subject to the project's contribution guidelines and the AGPL-3.0 license.
